am changing up the music
now and again until i finally build the player to my satisfaction.
so, '23' and 'destroying angel' have been replaced
[only temporarily]
with one that fits my current mood : 'pioneer to the falls'/interpol
.. a song that pierces right through to the core of me.
senses acute
emotions open, bare, exposed.
sharp and clear and real ..
i am on that edge i love so much. ..
it is in this place i feel the most alive.

well, it's been quite a while since i last came aboard.
quite frankly, i am not sure how the hours of my day get sucked into some void
... the same place most quarters and single socks seem to disappear to...
a black hole.
still working on my player from scratch .. at this point, i am tempted
to mutate an existing version to my liking. we shall see.
'things' are just taking too long.
i have many plans for this site
the trick is mining the time to implement them.
yes, i could be a Miner of Time.
my film partner, michael, is going through a crisis.
it appears
he spaced on the sundance festival deadline -- ummm, yeh, submissions due by
last friday evening.
.. oops.
it's really bringing him down cos this sucker, our film, has taken 10 years
to make... well, we shot it within a 6 week period as i recall, but since then,
so many obstacles ... i never believed he would resurrect this teeny horror piece.
and here we are.
a film re-cut, with a new trailer, new music.
i haven't even viewed it yet.
he will try for an extension or waiver .. not sure this is even possible.
i am keeping all minor (and some major) appendages crossed for this one.
in any event, i'd like to get the trailer uploaded here.

i can't even explain how much i enjoy reading it.
her eloquence rings true to me.
the words come from such a personal space.
every song i have ever loved or even mildly enjoyed has some imagery or slice of my history attached.
i am reminded of music i've long forgotten
and introduced to music i've yet to have the pleasure of knowing.
she is definitely a part of my tribe, a fellow traveler and a most beautiful soul.
.. . entranced by a vampire hybrid, i do believe i am.
perhaps 'enchanted' would be a better word.
mmm, no... i will say i am in a delicious trance.
